Get Rid of Dark Eye Circles in Eight Natural Ways
Yesterday I posted a blog that talked about having dark eye circles. Our lifestyle is one of the problem why we acquire this kind of imperfection on our faces. Not enough sleep, improper diet, less water intake and irregular exercise are some of the reasons I mentioned on my last post. I hope you learned. Now lets talked about how to get rid of it in eight natural ways.
In every problem there is solution. Since I am very much passionate to know what are the possible cure to my dark circles, I came up on finding some easy ways and I want to share them with you.
Get Rid Of Dark Eye Circles
You can find the solutions inside your kitchen!
· Cucumber slices: place them on the eyes to reduce and soothe puffiness.
· Potato slices: cover your eyelids with them for 20 minutes to increase circulation around the eyes.
· Tomato juice and lemon juice: a tea spoon or tomato and half a tea spoon of lemon juice and add some flour (enough to make a thick paste). Put the paste around the eyes for 15 minutes and remove thoroughly.
· Pineapple juice and turmeric powder.
· Almond oil, crushed mint leaves, and avocado oil: place under the eyes to minimize appearance of dark circles.
· Teabags: soak them in cold water, drain excess water and place over your eyes for 10 minutes. Mint and chamomile are the best kinds of herbal teabags for this procedure.
· Crushed fresh mind: put around your eyes, keep on for a few minutes.
· Cotton balls soaked in milk or water.
You can also try putting a spoon inside your freezer for 10 - 15 minutes then put it on the circles around your eyes until in gets pleasant. You also need to take a better sleep for 7-9 hours a day. Eating foods rich in vitamin K is a good thing to do for this vitamin helps the skin in the eyes to look more beautiful. This vitamin can be found in spinach and cabbages and to some salad leaves.

Dark circles around our eyes sometimes are caused by known reasons and some are not even talked about. As we grow older and becoming more conscious about ourselves, we tend to find out what are the reasons that causes some imperfections especially on our faces.
I wrote this one for I am one of the most problematic human when it comes to the dark circles that surround my eyes. Maybe because I am becoming more curious and enthusiastic to know on how will I cure it. I would also want to find the true reasons why I am having it until now. You can see my own pictures on top, did you notice the dark circles? Well.
I remember one time I uploaded those photos on my Facebook account and I received several comments that talked about my dark eyes. With just one glimpsed on my picture they came to realize that I am not having enough sleep because of my studies and boyfriend? And now to stop them from commenting on my eyes, I read several articles in the internet, blogs about beauty regimen and tips,books and even news papers, I get to realize that my lifestyle really is my problem not my eyes. Wanna know what are the reasons of having that black eye circles? Its my pleasure to share it with you guys, especially those who have the same problem.

Are you that type who sleeps late at night?
Many people end up with dark eye circles simply because they are not getting enough sleep. This can be seen on your face when your skin is getting paler and your eye circles are getting darker. ( This is my problem. Really!)
Do you exercise Regularly?
One of the reasons why people do not get enough sleep is because they do not exercise regularly.People who regularly do exercise are known to have better sleep. Yoga is one of the best remedies to overcome dark circles especially a posture called SARVANGASANA.

How about your diet?
Yes, even your diet can cause dark eye circles. It is important to examine your diet. Maybe you do not know that your having some nutrient deficiencies, for example an iron deficiency that causes the skin under your eyes turns into slightly blue.
Water intake.
Precisely, dehydration can be a reason for having black circles around your eyes. There are several researches done that proves this. Drinking lots of water can be a big help.
